We’re looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and AI-curious individual to join us as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the start of their career who wants to break into Talent Acquisition and is hungry to learn, explore and contribute, while gaining hands-on experience and growing into a future Talent Acquisition Specialist.

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience
• Format and prepare CVs into client-ready profiles
• Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal databases
• Support recruiters with administrative and coordination tasks across the hiring lifecycle
• Assist with onboarding processes once offers are accepted
• Follow up on internal referrals and help keep our talent pipelines active
• Use AI tools and digital platforms to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
