Overview
To provide general HR administrative support and supporting ad hoc across the Acuity group. Acting at the first point of contact for any administrative need. The range of administrative duties will encompass the employee life cycle, following regular HR processes and managing HR data & systems to ensure accuracy at all times.

To provide general HR administrative support and supporting ad hoc across the Acuity group. Acting at the first point of contact for any administrative need. The range of administrative duties will encompass the employee life cycle, following regular HR processes and managing HR data & systems to ensure accuracy at all times.
Accountabilities include:
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR system, ensuring all employee data, organisational changes, annual leave, absences and contractual updates are processed in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and administer new joiner onboarding, including organising onboarding meetings, creating employee records and maintaining personnel documentation.
- Manage electronic employee files, ensuring documentation is accurately maintained, archived and compliant with GDPR and internal record-keeping standards.
- Prepare, consolidate and maintain HR, payroll, management and ad hoc reports and providing reporting support to Finance and other stakeholders.
- Lead the administration of the employee certification process
- Provide administrative support for employee benefits, including medical and social benefits administration where applicable.
- Develop, maintain and update standard HR templates, policies, letters, guides and documentation to ensure consistency across the EMEA region.
- Support People Operations and regional HR projects, including online research, benchmarking, supplier sourcing and project coordination.
- Coordinate facilities-related activities, including liaison with serviced office providers, office improvements, workplace changes and the organisation of employee engagement events.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement, standardisation and quality assurance of HR processes, systems, documentation and data across EMEA.
- Provide general administrative support to the EMEA HR team and undertake any other reporting or operational activities required to support the effective delivery of People Operations.
Skills and experience required
- Proficiency with MS Office systems including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and TEAMS
- Еxperience using and updating HR Systems, will be considered as an advantage
- Ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed
