Your responsibilities  

• Engage in the deployment of the company’s Data Catalog, ensuring complete support across various data domains, including data definitions, storage, lineage, and usage. 
• Guide and motivate data domain owners and stewards to contribute to and maintain the data catalog. 
• Facilitate workshops to ensure alignment and validation of definitions across different data domains. 
• Collaborate with application owners and data stewards to gather and link data sources with the data glossary. 
• Create and enforce metadata management policies. 
•  Assist in integrating data product documentation into the data catalog. 
•  Act as the main point of contact for all processes related to the data catalog. 
• Contribute to gamifying the data catalog to increase user engagement. 
• Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and track the implementation progress of the data catalog. 

Skills and qualifications 

• Minimum of five years of experience. 
• Comprehensive understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and data classification. 
• Expertise in using data catalog tools like Altan, Collibra, among others. 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. 
• Proven ability to foster relationships with business stakeholders and external partners.
