About the role
As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology solutions, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee delivery processes, and drive the successful implementation of scalable, high-quality solutions in a modern cloud and DevOps environment.
Working closely with engineers, architects, and stakeholders, you will manage priorities, mitigate risks, and ensure clear communication across all levels. You will play a key role in fostering collaboration, improving delivery practices, and enabling continuous improvement within an agile framework.

Skills and Requirements
- Proven experience delivering complex technology solutions in cloud-native environments (Azure preferred).
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes, containerized applications, and modern integration architectures.
- Experience with workflow orchestration and event-driven systems (e.g., Argo, Airflow, Kafka, Service Bus).
- Solid knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and automated deployments.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and guide architectural decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in agile environments and leading cross-functional, international teams.
- Hands-on mindset with a focus on delivery, continuous improvement, and best practices.
