About the role   

You’ll work at the critical intersection of data science, data engineering, AI engineering and operations, partnering closely with our DaaS Delivery Operations team and cross-functional stakeholders. You’ll develop technical specifications, design evaluation workflows, implement quality standards, measurement frameworks, and ML-assisted applications which improve our data pipelines and unblock projects through technical innovation. 

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working throughout the entire presales to delivery lifecycle, rolling up their sleeves to solve complex multi-faceted problems, thrives as a technical communicator and works well as a key member of a team. 
 

Skills and Experience required  

•  3+ years in data science or data engineering roles 
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and common data tools (pandas, Plotly, Streamlit, Dash) 
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and deploying ML in production 
• Experience working with APIs and interpreting technical documentation 
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills 

What you will do  

Client Discovery & Presales 

• Support sales in scoping projects and assessing technical feasibility 
• Prepare technical demos, specifications, and sample datasets 
• Define success metrics and baseline evaluation frameworks 

Project Delivery 

• Build and maintain data pipelines and quality measurement systems 
• Generate and augment synthetic datasets to accelerate client workflows 
• Package production-ready datasets with clear documentation and QA standards 

Technical Partnership & Innovation 

• Define production workflows and support smooth client implementations 
• Troubleshoot technical issues and unblock delivery teams 
• Continuously improve processes, tools, and evaluation methods 
• Identify opportunities to extend or expand client engagements
