About the role

Currently, we are actively seeking a passionate Senior Java Developer to join GoodShape on its mission to achieve outstanding outcomes!
To be part of a talented software development team that works on mission-critical product developments that support the continued growth of GoodShape. The role will be part of the Back-End development team and will work with colleagues from the Front-End, QA, Dev Ops and Project Management teams to ensure the successful delivery of Product features and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- To take part in software and architectural development activities
- Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging
- Develop, test, implement and maintain application software
- Write well-designed, testable, efficient code
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
Required Experience and Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
- Proven working experience in Java development
- Experience in the Spring Framework
- Experience with test-driven development
- Proven hands-on Software Development experience
- Experience with SQL and Relational Databases
