About the Role

This is a direct employment opportunity with Acuity Analytics, working exclusively as part of Kallidus's technology team.

As an Associate Technical Lead, you’ll be embedded within Kallidus, leading technical initiatives and helping shape their learning and talent platforms. This role welcomes candidates with either a software development or QA/testing background — your experience will guide the type of projects you work on. You’ll use modern technologies to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions.

You’ll collaborate across teams, mentor junior engineers or testers, and have the chance to make a real impact in a fast-growing, innovative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and deliver technical projects on Kallidus’ platform.

• Design, build, test, and optimize solutions that are secure and scalable.

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to solve complex challenges.

• Monitor platform performance, quality, and recommend improvements.

• Mentor junior engineers or QA specialists and guide technical best practices.

Tech Stack (Flexible)

• Development: .NET, React, SQL, Azure

• QA/Testing: Automation frameworks, test scripting, CI/CD tools

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance practices

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a technical lead, senior engineer, or senior QA/testing role (SaaS, HR tech, or learning platforms preferred).

• Hands-on experience in development or QA/testing with modern tools and technologies.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Comfortable mentoring others and driving technical projects.

• Results-driven, proactive, and quality-focused mindset.
