About the role

We are looking for an IAM Onboarding Manager (F/M/X) for our office in Munich. You will support the development and operation of a centralized Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform that controls all access rights within the company. Your main responsibility is the migration of existing user and authorization structures to a centralized IAM system — with the goal of implementing secure and automated workflows for access management. Your responsibilities include: 

• Take ownership of migrating user accounts and access rights into a new IAM system. 
• Collaborate closely with IT projects to plan and implement the structured integration of access management and provisioning into the IAM system. 
• Analyze existing access workflows, including adjustments for cases such as position changes. 
• Support the implementation of a role-based access control model (RBAC). 
• Operate an existing IAM system – create small automation scripts when necessary (no software development required). 
• Communicate with project stakeholders regarding requirements, progress, and implementation steps. 

 

Your profile

• A degree in (Business) Informatics or a completed IT-related vocational qualification. 
• Professional experience as a Business Analyst, Support Engineer, or in IAM-related areas. 
• Understanding of workflows and process-oriented thinking. 
• Confident working with RBAC and IAM concepts. 
• Language skills –  German (C1) and good command of English.
• Collaborative mindset – able to consult with various departments as a peer. 
• Structured and self-reliant working style.

Deine Aufgaben

Für unseren Standort in München suchen wir eine:n IAM Onboarding Manager:in (W/M/X).Du unterstützt den Aufbau und Betrieb einer zentralen Identity & Access Management (IAM)-Plattform, die sämtliche Zugriffsrechte im Unternehmen steuert. Deine Hauptaufgabe ist die Migration bestehender Benutzer- und Berechtigungsstrukturen auf ein zentrales IAM-System – mit dem Ziel, sichere und automatisierte Workflows für das Berechtigungsmanagement umzusetzen. 

• Verantwortung für die Migration von Benutzeraccounts und Zugriffsrechten in ein neues IAM-System. 
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Projekten zur Planung und Umsetzung der strukturierten Integration der Berechtigungsverwaltung und Provisionierung in das IAM. 
• Analyse bestehender Rechte-Workflows, inklusive Anpassungen bei z. B. Positionswechseln. 
• Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung eines rollenbasierten Berechtigungsmodells (RBAC). 
• Einsatz eines bestehenden IAM-Systems – bei Bedarf Erstellung kleiner Automatisierungsskripte (keine Softwareentwicklung erforderlich). 
• Kommunikation mit Projektbeteiligten über Anforderungen, Fortschritt und Umsetzungsschritte. 

Dein Profil

• Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder abgeschlossene IT-nahe Fachausbildung. 
• Berufserfahrung als Business Analyst, Support Engineer oder in IAM-nahen Bereichen. 
• Verständnis für Workflows und prozessorientiertes Denken. 
• Sicher im Umgang mit RBAC- und IAM-Konzepten. 
• Kommunikationsstark und teamfähig – du kannst verschiedene Fachbereiche auf Augenhöhe beraten. 
• Sprachkenntnisse - Deutsch (C1) und sehr gute Englischkenntisse
• Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.
