We’re looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and AI-curious individual to join us as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.
What you’ll do?
- Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies to build strong and diverse pipelines of technology talent
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from intake meetings and sourcing through to offer negotiation and hiring
- Use advanced sourcing and market mapping techniques to identify and engage talent in a highly competitive market
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that is transparent, engaging, and human throughout every stage of the process
- Partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, providing insight on market trends, compensation, hiring strategies and decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement across Talent Acquisition processes, tools, and ways of working
- Maintain clear visibility and reporting on recruitment activity, pipeline health, and hiring metrics
- Collaborate with the wider global TA team to continuously elevate the quality and effectiveness of recruitment
- Mentor and support more junior team members when needed
What we’re looking for?
We’re looking for someone with strong network in Portugal, experience in tech recruitment and a genuine passion for finding and engaging exceptional talent. Ideally, you bring:
- Solid experience managing end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, particularly software engineers, data engineers, and cloud or analytics professionals
- Experience working in technology companies, tech consulting environments, or fast-scaling businesses
- Strong expertise in sourcing and talent attraction, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, personalized outreach, and engagement strategies
- The ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike
- Strong understanding of the technology market, including salary trends, hiring competitiveness, and talent dynamics
- Good knowledge of employment legislation and hiring practices in Portugal
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in fast-moving environments
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Portuguese
- Eligibility to work in Portugal
